Ryan Specialty Group (RYAN) Declares $0.23 Special Dividend; First Ever Regular $0.11 Dividend

Today, Ryan Specialty Group (NYSE: RYAN) board of directors (“Board”) declared a one-time special cash dividend of $0.23 per share on the Company's outstanding Class A common stock. In addition, the Board initiated a regular quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share on the Company's outstanding Class A common stock. Both the special and regular quarterly dividend will be payable on March 27, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 13, 2024.
