Roth/MKM Starts PodcastOne (PODC) at Buy, 'Top-10, Rapidly Growing Podcast Network'

Roth/MKM analyst Sean McGowan initiates coverage on PodcastOne (NASDAQ: PODC) with a Buy rating and a price target of $4.50.

The analyst comments "We are initiating coverage of PodcastOne (PODC), a top-ten US podcast network, and the only pure-play podcast US-listed stock. PODC is majorityowned by LiveOne (LVO-Buy). We expect revenues of $42.6M in F2024 to grow by approximately 23%to 25% annually over the next several years, and that adjusted EBITDA, which we believe will be modestly positive in F2024, will approach $6M in F2027. We rate the stock a Buy with a $4.50 target, which implies an EV/Revenue multiple of 1.5x our calendar 2025 revenue estimate."
