COPT Defense Properties (NYSE: CDP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.295 per share, or $1.18 annualized. This is a 3.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.285.

The dividend will be payable on April 17, 2024, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2024.
