Sherwin-Williams (NYSE: SHW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.715 per share, or $2.86 annualized. This is an 18.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.605.

The dividend will be payable on March 8, 2024, to stockholders of record on February 26, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of February 23, 2024.
