Global Ship Lease (NYSE: GSL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 6, 2024, to stockholders of record on February 22, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of February 21, 2024.
