Liquidity Services (LQDT) Misses Q1 EPS by 3c, offers guidance

Liquidity Services (NASDAQ: LQDT) reported Q1 EPS of $0.14, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $71.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $76.01 million.

GUIDANCE:

We expect GAAP Diluted EPS to range from $0.09 to $0.19.

Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA -We expect Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA to range from $9.0 million to $12.0 million.
Liquidity Services sees Q2 2024 EPS of $0.17-$0.27.
