Kilroy Realty (KRC) Tops Q4 EPS by 4c, offers guidance

Kilroy Realty (NYSE: KRC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.40, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $269 million versus the consensus estimate of $275.34 million.

Guidance:
The company is providing Nareit-defined FFO per diluted share guidance for the full year 2024 of $4.10 to $4.25 per share, with a midpoint of $4.18 per share.
