Prologis (PLD) Tops Q4 EPS by 9c, Offers Guidance

Prologis (NYSE: PLD) reported Q4 EPS of $0.68, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.89 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.85 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Prologis sees FY2024 EPS of $3.20-$3.45, versus the consensus of $3.14.
