Fulton Financial (FULT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.3% to $0.17; 4.1% Yield

Fulton Financial (NASDAQ: FULT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized. This is a 6.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16.

The dividend will be payable on January 12, 2024, to stockholders of record on January 2, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.

• Fulton also announced that the Board approved the repurchase of shares of Fulton’s common stock and other securities in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $125 million (the “2024 Program”) commencing on January 1, 2024 and expiring on December 31, 2024.
