Chicago Atlantic Real Estate Finance (NASDAQ: REFI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 12, 2024, to stockholders of record on December 29, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.8 percent.
