Eastman Chemical (EMN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.5% to $0.81; 3.9% Yield

Eastman Chemical (NYSE: EMN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.81 per share, or $3.24 annualized. This is a 2.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.79.
The dividend will be payable on January 5, 2024, to stockholders of record on December 18, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of December 15, 2023.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.
“We remain committed to our long history of returning cash to our stockholders, and I am pleased that we are increasing our dividend for the 14th consecutive year,” said Willie McLain, executive vice president and chief financial officer. “This action reflects the Board’s confidence in our ability to deliver solid earnings and continue our record of generating strong cash flow.”
