Townsquare Media (TSQ) Tops Q3 EPS by 14c, provides guidance

Townsquare Media (NYSE: TSQ) reported Q3 EPS of $0.46, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $115.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $116.18 million.

GUIDANCE:

Townsquare Media sees Q4 2023 revenue of $110.6-112.6 million, versus the consensus of $116.2 million. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be between $24.8 million and $25.8 million.

For the full year 2023, net revenue guidance is expected to be between $450 million and $452 million vs. consensus of $457.1M. Adjusted EBITDA guidance is expected to be between $100 million and $101 million.
