GUIDANCE:

The company raises full-year 2023 revenue growth and profitability guidance:

• Sees Revenue in constant currency of 0% to 1.5%, versus prior of (7.0)% to (3.0)%
• Sees Non-GAAP operating profit margin of 5.0% to 6.0%, versus prior of 2.0% to 4.0%
• Sees Adjusted EBITDA margin of 12.5% to 13.5%, versus prior of 9.5% to 11.5%
