Macerich (MAC) Tops Q3 EPS by 127c; lowers guidance

Macerich (NYSE: MAC) reported Q3 EPS of $1.22, $1.27 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $218.15 million versus the consensus estimate of $200.63 million.

GUIDANCE:

Macerich sees FY2023 EPS of ($1.52)-($1.46).
