Hasbro (NASDAQ: HAS) reported Q3 EPS of $1.64, $0.13 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.77. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.64 billion.
GUIDANCE:
The Company now expects:
- Revenue decline of 13 - 15% driven by softer toy outlook in Consumer Products.
- Reducing Consumer Product guidance to down mid- to high-teens versus last year.
- No change to Wizards of the Coast and Digital Gaming Segment of up high-single digits.
- No change to Entertainment segment to down 25 - 30%.
- Adjusted operating margin of 13.0% - 13.5%1.
- Adjusted EBITDA of $900 - $950 million1.
- Operating Cash Flow of $500 - $600 million.
