Emageon Inc. (Nasdaq: EMAG) 12% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.09, 7 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $27.3 million vs. $31.25 million consensus. The Company also lowered its financial guidance for the full year 2007 from that announced in January 2007. Sees FY revenues between $112-115 million and net loss between $0.17-0.22 ($0.35-0.40 ex-items). FY revenue consensus is $138 million and EPS consensus is $0.27 profit.
Perini (NYSE: PCR) 10% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.84, 27 cents better than estimates.(0.57) Revenues were $987.4 million vs. $947.19 million consensus. Sees FY EPS between $2.40-2.60 vs. $2.16 consensus.
Cell Genesys, Inc. (Nasdaq: CEGE) 11% LOWER; Provides Update on Clinical Program for GVAX Immunotherapy for Leukemia. Also, Dendreon lower on FDA "approvable" letter.
Barnes Group (NYSE: B) 10% reports Q1 earnings of $0.50 per share, 10 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $360.7 million versus the consensus of $340.4 million. Sees FY07 EPS of $1.74-$1.83 above the consensus of $1.60.
CompuCredit (Nasdaq: CCRT) 9% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.05, 26 cents worse than estimates.(0.21)
Foster Wheeler (Nasdaq: FWLT) 9% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $1.60 per share, above the consensus of $0.75. Revenues came in at $1.15 billion versus the consensus of $1.04 billion.

Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISIS) 7.5% HIGHER; Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) and Isis Pharmaceuticals announced a collaboration to discover, develop and commercialize novel antisense drugs targeting proprotein convertase subtilisin kexin 9 (PCSK9) for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. PCSK9 helps regulate the amount of cholesterol in the bloodstream.
Rio Tinto plc (NYSE: RTP) 6% HIGHER; growing chatter that BHP Billiton (NYSE: BHP) will make a bid for the company.
Cisco Systems (Nasdaq: CSCO) 5% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.34, 1 cent better than estimates.(0.33) Revenues were $8.9 billion vs. $8.76 billion consensus. Investors were expecting more.
priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN) 3.5% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.43, in-line with recently raised guidance. Revenues were $300.1 million vs. $285.5 million consensus. Sees Q2 EPS between $0.80-0.90 vs. $0.79 consensus. Company reaffirms forecast for FY.
Charles River Labs (NYSE: CRL) 3% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.64, 3 cents better than estimates.(0.61) Revenues were $291.2 million vs. $280.13 million consensus. Company reaffirms forecast.
Delta Airl (NYSE: DAL) 3% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs starts at Buy

The Company also reported that it has recently been approached by certain strategic and financial parties who have expressed a desire to explore possible strategic alternatives. The Board of Directors has formed a Review Committee and directed Goldman, Sachs & Co. and BlackRock, Inc., its independent financial advisors, to assist it in exploring all of the Company's strategic options, including potential merger opportunities.
