Rosenblatt analyst Mike Genovese initiates coverage on Fabrinet (NYSE: FN) with a Buy rating and a price target of $230.00.
The analyst commented, "We are initiating Fabrinet with a Buy rating and $230 price target, based on 25x our $9.27 FY25 EPS forecast. The company is one of the earliest and most direct beneficiaries of the strong ramp of the AI 800G Optical supply chain. Fabrinet makes very-short reach (up to 2 meter) active optical cables (AOCs) with 800G transceivers for Nvidia (NVDA, Buy rated by H. Mosesmann). These products are deployed in DGX H100 NVLink networks, where each superpod has 32 servers, with 256 total GPUs and 128 800G Switching ports, and 18 800G NVLink Switches. Every one of these high-end iterative AI pods has 57.6TB in total bandwidth and, for optimum performance, can be networked with up to 1,152 800G transceivers or 576 800G AOCs."
