Deutsche Bank analyst Scott Deuschle initiates coverage on RTX Corp. (NYSE: RTX) with a Sell rating and a price target of $70.00.

The analyst comments "Whereas RTX has three of the leading franchises in A&D, the firm has struggled to match what the franchises should be capable of with the operational results that they deliver. Between the latest revelations at P&W and the additional risks we still see on the horizon, it’s not clear to us that an inflection point is imminent. Further, we don’t yet see the stock as being sufficiently cheap to fully compensate for the company’s risk profile—RTX is trading at a 5.9% uFCF yield on our adjusted 2025 estimates. As such, we are initiating with a Sell rating, and will look for proof points of an operational inflection in the quarters ahead."
