Eastgroup Properties (NYSE: EGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.27 per share, or $5.08 annualized. This is a 1.6% increase from the prior dividend of $1.25.

The dividend will be payable on October 13, 2023, to stockholders of record on September 29, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
