Illinois Tool Works (ITW) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.9% to $1.40; 2.3% Yield

Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.40 per share, or $5.6 annualized. This is a 6.9% increase from the prior dividend of $1.31.

The dividend will be payable on October 12, 2023, to stockholders of record on September 29, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
