Tronox (TROX) Misses Q2 EPS by 12c; offers outlook

Tronox (NYSE: TROX) reported Q2 EPS of $0.16, $0.12 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $794 million versus the consensus estimate of $821.85 million.

Q3 2023 Outlook:

TiO2 volumes expected to be relatively flat to Q2 2023 levels
Zircon volumes expected to decline by 15 to 20 thousand tons versus Q2 2023
Adjusted EBITDA expected to be $115-135 million
