Oppenheimer analyst Martin Yang reiterated an Outperform rating and $180.00 price target on Universal Display (NASDAQ: OLED) saying recent news and checks are incrementally positive.
The analyst commented, "Following recent reports of an OLED TV supply between LGD and Samsung, and conversations with OLED panel makers, we take an incrementally positive view into UDC's 2Q results and 2023 outlook. While macro challenges abound and global demand for phones and TVs stays weak, UDC remains uniquely positioned to benefit from customer-specific dynamics and secular shifts from LCD to OLED."
