BofA Securities analyst Curtis Nagle raised the price target on Overstock.com (NASDAQ: OSTK) to $24.50 (from $21.50) while maintaining a Neutral rating after its bid for Bed, Bath, & Beyond (BB&B) assets and liabilities was selected.
"... we think the deal could represent a low-risk opportunity (at approx. 6% of cash) for OSTK to improve customer targeting and further help reverse negative revenue trends."
