Caterpillar (CAT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $1.30; 2.1% Yield

Caterpillar (NYSE: CAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.30 per share, or $5.2 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $1.20.

The dividend will be payable on August 18, 2023, to stockholders of record on July 20, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of July 19, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
