Texas Community Bancshares (TCBS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.03; 1% Yield

Texas Community Bancshares (NASDAQ: TCBS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, or $0.12 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.02.

The dividend will be payable on June 26, 2023, to stockholders of record on June 9, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2023.
