XPeng (XPEV) Misses Q1 EPS by 65c, Misses on Revenue, Delivers 18,230 EVs; Offers Q1 Guidance

XPeng Inc. (NYSE: XPEV) reported Q1 EPS of (RMB2.57), RMB0.65 worse than the analyst estimate of (RMB1.92). Revenue for the quarter came in at RMB4.03 billion versus the consensus estimate of RMB5.15 billion.

For the quarter the company delivered 18,230 EVs.

For Q2 the company guides:

Deliveries of vehicles to be between 21,000 and 22,000, representing a year-over-year decrease of approximately 36.1% to 39.0%.
Total revenues to be between RMB4.5 billion and RMB4.7 billion, representing a year-over-year decrease of approximately 36.8% to 39.5%.
