LyondellBasell Industries (NYSE: LYB) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share, or $5 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $1.19.

The dividend will be payable on June 6, 2023, to stockholders of record on May 30, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of May 26, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.6 percent.
