CMS Energy (NYSE: CMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.125 per share, or $4.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2023, to stockholders of record on June 5, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of June 2, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.3 percent.
