Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE: ABR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on May 31, 2023, to stockholders of record on May 19, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of May 18, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 15.4 percent.
