Jefferies analyst Brent Thill reiterated a Buy rating and $250.00 price target on salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM) saying they have more conviction in margin upside ahead of the company's annual proxy statement yesterday.
The analyst commented, "CRM released its annual proxy statement today, which reiterated the co's commitment to profitability. Some tidbits: 1) The comp committee added op margins as a PRSU metric with a 50% weight; 2) LT equity incentive award mix is adjusted to eliminate stock options and increase PRSUs; and 3) mgmt is committed to reducing SBC as a % of revenue. We see CRM as a $10+ earnings story in CY'25, implying a $200-$250 stock at 20-25x. Maintain Buy and $250 PT."
