Community Healthcare Trust (NYSE: CHCT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized. This is a 2.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.44.

The dividend will be payable on May 26, 2023, to stockholders of record on May 12, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of May 11, 2023.
