Rand Capital Corp (RAND) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.25; 7.9% Yield

Rand Capital Corp (NASDAQ: RAND) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on June 14, 2023, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.9 percent.
