Costco (NASDAQ: COST) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.02 per share, or $4.08 annualized. This is a 13.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.90.

The dividend will be payable on May 19, 2023, to stockholders of record on May 5, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2023.
