Office Properties (OPI) Lowers Quarterly Dividend 54.5% to $0.25; 12% Yield

Office Properties (NASDAQ: OPI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 54.5% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.55.

The dividend will be payable on May 18, 2023, to stockholders of record on April 24, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of April 21, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12 percent.

• As announced earlier this week, OPI plans to merge with Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC).
