Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.89 per share, or $3.56 annualized. This is an 11.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.80.

The dividend will be payable on May 18, 2023, to stockholders of record on May 4, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of May 3, 2023.
