RLJ Lodging Trust (RLJ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 60% to $0.08; 2.8% Yield

RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 60% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on April 17, 2023, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of March 30, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
