Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.22 per share, or $4.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2023, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
