Evans Bancorp (NYSE: EVBN) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.66 per share, or $1.32 annualized. This is a 3.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.64.

The dividend will be payable on April 4, 2023, to stockholders of record on March 10, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of March 9, 2023.
