Global Ship Lease (GSL) Declares $0.375 Quarterly Dividend; 7.7% Yield

Global Ship Lease (NYSE: GSL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 6, 2023, to stockholders of record on February 22, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of February 21, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.7 percent.
