Robert Half International (RHI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 11.6% to $0.48; Approves 10M Share Buyback

Robert Half International (NYSE: RHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per share, or $1.92 annualized. This is an 11.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.43.
The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2023, to stockholders of record on February 24, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of February 23, 2023.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI) today announced that its board of directors has authorized the repurchase, from time to time, of up to an additional 10 million shares of the company's common stock on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions, depending on market conditions. Today's 10-million-share authorization is in addition to the approximately 3.8 million shares that remain under Robert Half's existing share repurchase program.
