Avalonbay Communities (NYSE: AVB) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.65 per share, or $6.6 annualized. This is a 3.8% increase from the prior dividend of $1.59.

The dividend will be payable on April 17, 2023, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of March 10, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
