Douglas Emmett (DEI) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c

Douglas Emmett (NYSE: DEI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.14, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $254.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $256.86 million.

• FFO increased by 7.2% to $105.5 million, or $0.51 per fully diluted share.
• AFFO decreased by 11.1% to $81.2 million, driven by more tenant improvement expenditures as a result of our robust leasing in Q2 and Q3
