Zions Bancorp (ZION) Declares $0.41 Quarterly Dividend; Approves $50M Buyback

Zions Bancorp (NASDAQ: ZION) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share, or $1.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 23, 2023, to stockholders of record on February 16, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of February 15, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.

Zions Bancorporation, N.A. (NASDAQ: ZION) announced today that its board of directors (“board”) authorized a share repurchase for the first quarter of 2023 of up to $50 million.
