S&P Global (SPGI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6% to $0.90; 1% Yield

S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share, or $3.6 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.85.

The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2023, to stockholders of record on February 24, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of February 23, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
