Fastenal (FAST) Declares $0.35 Quarterly Dividend; 2.9% Yield

Fastenal (NASDAQ: FAST) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 2, 2023, to stockholders of record on February 2, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of February 1, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.

In the fourth quarter of 2022, the company purchased 2,000,000 shares of its common stock at an average price of $46.62 per share.

We have authority to purchase up to 6,200,000 additional shares of our common stock under the July 12, 2022 authorization. This authorization does not have an expiration date.
