Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized. This is a 29.2% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.53.

The dividend will be payable on February 10, 2023, to stockholders of record on January 18, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of January 17, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.5 percent.
