Jefferies analyst David Katz downgraded Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $134.00.
The analyst comments "It should be self-evident that with most aspects of the recovery played out and the looming recession, the upside to earnings and valuation for bellwether stocks is limited. Thus, we downgrade MAR and HLT to Hold, leaving only WH Buy-rated in our C-corp coverage, while H and CHH remain at Hold. In REITs, we continue to favor HST and HT on market exposures, demand mix and balance sheet strength, but are conservative on the sector."
