Life Storage (LSI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 11.1% to $1.20; 4.9% Yield

Life Storage (NYSE: LSI) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.20 per share, or $4.8 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $1.08.

The dividend will be payable on January 26, 2023, to stockholders of record on January 13, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of January 12, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.9 percent.
