Washington Trust Bancorp (NASDAQ: WASH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.56 per share, or $2.24 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.54.

The dividend will be payable on January 6, 2023, to stockholders of record on January 3, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
