W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.065 per share, or $4.26 annualized. This is a 0.5% increase from the prior dividend of $1.06.

The dividend will be payable on January 13, 2023, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2022.
